Race Report - Silverstone

Lotus Elise Championship - Second Round.

50 cars turned up for the second round of the Elise Trophy Championship on the famous Grand Prix circuit.

Rob was able to qualify his Team RSA run Elise a fantasic 6th on the grid for race one and 3rd on the grid for race two out of the 50 runners.

In race one a re-occurence of the sticking throttle meant an early retirement.

In race two the situation became even worse as on the green flag lap his engine disintegrated without any prior warning.
